I coach ambitious moms who want to pursue big things without burning out along the way.
I spent eight years in tech program management, always the person who could figure it out, and I brought that mindset into motherhood. Then came four layoffs in five years and a second child, and the pace that had felt hard but possible stopped being possible.
I stopped asking “How can I get better at doing all of this?” and started asking “What needs to change?” That question led me out of corporate work and into coaching.
We teach ambitious women how to accomplish more, when many of them need help deciding what deserves more of them. This is a 12-week approach to getting clear on what matters and building a way of living that supports both your ambitions and your actual life.
Motherhood doesn’t make you less ambitious, but it does change the equation. Sustainable ambition beats exhausted achievement, boundaries aren’t selfish, and you don’t have to do everything yourself to prove you’re capable.
ICF Level 1 coaching training, with my ACC credential in progress. Before coaching, eight years in tech program management. I bring both: the practical mindset of a program manager and the deeper work of a coach.
You are capable. You are not broken. You are carrying too much. Let’s build a better way.
Ambitious, capable mothers who are juggling work or a business, a family, a home and their own goals, and who are running on empty because they’re carrying too much. If you’re looking for a quick fix or another planner, this isn’t it. If you’re ready to change how your life is set up, it is.
Productivity coaching asks how to fit more in. The Enough Method™ starts one step earlier: what deserves a place in your life at all. We change what’s on your plate first, then build the rhythm, boundaries and habits that protect it.
That’s exactly who this is designed for. The work happens inside your real week, in small, practical steps, and the point is to give you room back rather than take more of it.
Plan on one coaching call of about 45 minutes each week. Any follow-up exercises are entirely optional.
Most systems don’t fail because of willpower. They fail because they were built for a different life than yours. Your system here is built around your priorities, your season and your actual week, including the messy parts.
No. This isn’t anti-ambition. It’s about pursuing the goals that matter to you without believing you have to sacrifice yourself to do it.
Life will get chaotic, and the program plans for it. Recovering when things fall apart is part of what you learn, so a rough week becomes something to work with rather than proof that you failed.
If life gets chaotic, just let me know. We can pause the program, or you can cancel and I’ll refund the remaining funds.
Plan to attend one coaching call of about 45 minutes each week. Follow-up exercises and homework are entirely optional, so you can take on as much or as little as your week allows.
You leave with your personalized Enough System™ and your Personal Action Plan, so you know how to keep going on your own.
If you’d like extra accountability and a check on your progress, you can choose weekly or bi-weekly check-in calls after the program ends. That’s completely optional, never required.
The Enough Method™ is your three-month path from carrying everything to intentionally choosing what deserves your time, energy, and attention.
